They cancelled my first booking then Hard to get an other booking. The treatment was very bad. She started by wearing gloves for the massage, she had no skills as remedial massage, no music, painful and wrong treatment. I tried to help and communicate to the therapist but did not acknowledge or understand me. So sad and disappointed

I’ll never go to this salon again.
I wanted natural looking lashes. Finished with lashes three times bigger than my natural. Absolutely same sizes of lashes on whole eye. They used too much glue.
My experience ended up in a different salon (very luxurious). They took off my lashes very gently. Luckily without any damage. Took the one hour!!

Absolutely amazing facial and massage! The lady was amazing - I got delayed by 20mins and she still gave me the full treatment! I’ll definitely be back!

The manicure was terrible.
I got a lump of colour on my nail. The UV machine that they used for my nail was extremely hot and when I asked them to change it for me, the response was you are too sensitive.
At the end when I ask them to remove my terrible colour, the owner became terribly rude and said you have paid with Groupon and as it is cheap, you should have not expected more than this.
I am going to stop using Groupon, if I don't get any feedback from them.
