This is my tenth cryo session (previously overseas). I’ve never had 4D fat freezing and tbh didn’t know there was much of a difference. Not only is Apple fantastic in keeping you informed, making you feel comfortable and ensuring you get the results you’re wanting but the actual process is so straight forward, pretty comfortable (for me anyway) and easily the most impressive session I’ve had. Overall would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Appointment cancelled by the provider. 3 days prior to appontment I was advised the location has been changed. On the day of appointment I received a text message the appointment was cancelled and to text back with new date. Contactedthe provider to reschedule, silence, have not heard back. Not sure if this is a scam but I am very disappointed.

Due to scheduled building upgrades, we temporarily moved to a different level within the same building, and this was communicated one week in advance. Unfortunately, an unexpected staff illness then required your appointment to be rescheduled, which was advised with 72 hours’ notice. Your appointment was successfully rebooked for the following day, 8 January. On the day of your treatment, you advised your therapist that you were very happy with your appointment and experience. For this reason, we were disappointed to see this review posted the day before your rescheduled appointment, as we believed the matter had been resolved.
