Jenny was really nice and provide a good service. However, I can see the effect much on my first laser only. After my 4th sessions, it didn’t really do much difference :(

Unfair trade business, and I am speechless here. She refused to do a treatment today because I left a negative review! I have to dispute it and take to Fair Trading instead of getting a service I paid for! I clearly explained my issues with the service such as zero communication, not taking bookings in a timely manner, trying to overcharge me for an additional treatment area in contrast to what was advertised on Groupon, and strength level was poor compared to other places I had my laser done. But asking to delete a review to do a treatment is another level! I understand that it has been difficult for everyone during Covid but good manners is the art of making those people easy to return. Unfortunately. not in this case.

Lovely service, great experience overall. She was very thorough and kind. Loved the extra like the little neck and scalp massage and the relaxing music. She also took before and after HIFU photos - which I really appreciated. Easy to schedule too - I completely recommend!

Amazing service from Jenny- a very relaxing experience and atmosphere. I can see the results immediately and the next day (very soft, smooth & radiant skin). Did I HIFU from Jenny. Was ask first time. Finish in 30 mins and no pain. Offer to pay same amount directly instead through Groupon when come second time for better result.

Just got HIFU done by Jenny and it was so relaxing. I experienced no pain and I could see results straight away! Ths sagginess around my jawline is gone and my cheeks more plump and tighter. Highly recommended!
