SPAM! Misleading! I rarely gives bad reviews but I had to this time to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap! I purchase the K queen hair Groupon deal $99 - full head of colour with wash, cut, blow dry and treatment. I was fully aware of the fine print ' from $20 surcharge applys for hair longer than shoulder length and surcharges may apply for extra thick hair". I went in for a simple colour ( dark brown burgendy) with no need to bleach or toner. I sat down on the hair and the lady goes to me for my hair because it's long and extra thick it will be $100 extra. I was more than just SHOCKED. Never in my life I was every told for my hair I would need to pay extra $100 for a simple colour. My hair is long but not extra long, thick but definitely not extra thick. I tried to get more information from the lady how to justify the extra $100 and she pretty much telling me for the simple colour cut and blow dry will cost me $320+ without the Groupon.... I was speechless. I went from black to beautiful blonde before in another salon and was not even that expensive; I had celebrity hairdresser before and it did not cost me $320. Outrageous! Just as I was going to walk out of this scam I realised they already claimed my Groupon voucher and I probably won't even get a refund. With no other options I just had to go ahead with it. Did I feel the result was worth $205 or $320? NO! When I try and pay for it, of course I didn't bring enough cash ( who would've thought you have to pay double the price of what it was meant to be on a discount) then I was told there is 10% surcharge on credit card payment. Are you serious? Who charge 10% fee? Is this even legal??! Then I was given the choice of bank transfer... Into a person account for the obvious reasons. The worse experience ever!!
