Fine Print
Not valid between 4th July to 15th July 2022 (Term 2 school holidays) and 26th September to 7th October 2022 (Term 3 school holidays). Book early to secure the preferred date of flight and avoid disappointment. Transfer from Optus Stadium is included for those who wish not to drive up to Northam. The shuttle bus departs around 3am (the meeting location is the car park on Marlee Loop, beside the Optus Stadium and off Victoria Park Drive). Others to meet at Northam at 04:30 am (times vary as we follow the Sun). The exact meeting time will be informed to all passengers the day before the flight. Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked. All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions. Merchant will email Reschedule Flight Request if the flight is cancelled; reply to this email with your available dates. Customers will be eligible for a 12-month validity extension if they have had 3 flight bookings cancelled by the merchant. Any rescheduling request made after the voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered. No-flight days are at the discretion of the Duty Pilot for passenger safety. No step-free access. Must book by 30 September 2022. Must fly before 31 October 2022.
