Valid to: 31/12/2025. Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. Not valid Public Holidays or weekends. Meet at Rochford Wines Yarra Valley at 878-880 Maroondah Hwy, Coldstream VIC 3770 for approximately 5:00am (times vary as merchant follows the Sun). The exact meeting time will be informed to all passengers the day before the flight. Book early to secure preferred date of flight and avoid disappointment. Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked. All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions. Merchant will email Reschedule Flight Request if flight is cancelled; reply to this email with your available dates. All customers to redeem by 15th January 2026 and fly before 31st January 2026. Customers will be eligible for a 12-month validity extension if they have had 3 flight bookings cancelled by the merchant. Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered.
