Unfortunately the massage I had here was the worst I’ve ever had. There was no technique or deep tissue massage, just gentle touching, brushing and aimless head scratching. Although I asked for the pressure to be stronger and it was still gentle, even if it had been stronger, there was no technique to get into any knots. a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Thank you for your feedback. The Groupon voucher clearly states it is valid for new clients only. We could have declined the second use in accordance with the terms, but chose to allow it as a goodwill gesture. The $5 comparison referenced is based on standard full-price services. The voucher purchased was a heavily discounted promotional package with a different pricing structure, and these cannot be directly compared. If recalculated strictly according to our regular pricing, the service change would have resulted in a $48 difference. Instead, we applied a $20 upgrade fee as a reduced adjustment. All pricing and service details are publicly available prior to booking. Same-day changes to promotional packages may affect both pricing and scheduling. We stand by our transparent terms and professional standards.
