I hardly ever leave reviews, but this experience was so unpleasant that I couldn’t ignore it. I was gifted a 30-minute full body relaxation massage for two people (one session) and booked an appointment at Lucky Charm Morley, Perth for 2:00 pm. When we arrived on time, we were told they couldn’t do the massage for both of us and were asked to come back half an hour later, which was already unprofessional. When we returned, the staff then demanded payment, even though she already redeemed the voucher. Communication was extremely difficult due to very limited English, which made the situation even more stressful. We waited a long time for the appointment and were not massaged at the same time, despite the voucher clearly stating it was one session for two people. We were also put in separate rooms, which was not what was advertised or expected. The massage itself was not relaxing or good, and the overall service felt unprofessional and disorganised. Overall, this was a very negative experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to others
