Very unpleasant experience! The old lady who served me just chucked the basket colour of the nails to let me choose and it’s accidentally bumped to my Chanel bag, luckily there’s no scratch! Communication it’s bad as they can hardly speak English, and they were gossiping in their own languages! Hence, they moved my legs and hands in a rough way without giving any prior verbal instructions!!!

Service was terrible. Maybe it was because I went close to closing so the staff was in a hurry to finish. They were super aggressive when taking off my existing gel polish. I even flinched at one point as there was some pain and they did not care the slightest and continued on. When they were pushing back my cuticles, they were so aggressive that I started bleeding and they made no effort to apologise. Outcome of the nails were only mediocre as I was still bleeding afterwards (they did not even offer me a tissue or bandaid!). Also not the cleanest of places to get your nails done. Again, it might have been due to the timing, however, there are definitely cleaner places with better service. Overall, would not be coming back.
