10/10. Clean, relaxing atmosphere in room. She is very friendly, informative and professional. She spent time to go through which style I would like and which would best suit me. I felt very relaxed whilst she was applying my lashes and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all which I have experienced in the past. I’m so in love with how my lashes turned out and will continue to go here.
