Very professional. Explained price clearly upon arrival which is always nice. Made sure I understood the treatment and if it was right for my type of hair. They also have a little cafe so you can get barista coffee while enjoying your treatment.

I wouldn't purchase this product again, it was a disappointing experience. I arrived and whom I presume was the owner /manager sat me down and said he was concerned I would write a bad review because many people don't realise that Keratin is not permanent straightening. I explained I know what it is, have had it before and I am not expecting permanent straightening. It just improves the condition of my hair and makes blow drying easier! He looked at my hair and said 'well what you've had before is not Keratin, it's chemical straightening and the result today won't be the same' even though I KNOW what I did previously. He kept repeating he is sick of Groupon, there is no profit and that previous clients have complained about the result so he was worried I would do the same. I assured him, I know what treatment I have purchased. He suggested I do Japanese Straightening, which I considered and would cost me $350. He told me Groupon would refund me the original purchase so I checked and I was past the 7 day period. So I said I would continue with Keratin, to which he looked at me and said 'Are you Sure'. This was after about 25 minutes of me sitting there feeling quite uncomfortable as it was blatant he just did not want to do the Keratin and wanted me to upgrade. The extra charge on top of my voucher was $90 for my below shoulder length hair. I also had a hair trim ( extra $50) and I was still charged the extra $90. Total $140 on top of my original $129 purchase. The hairdresser who cut my hair was lovely, and professional. I would get my hair cut by her again. The actual Keratin treatment was ok, however my hair felt a lot drier than where I have had it done previously, no products were used on my hair and it was basically the Keratin left on my hair for 30 mins ish, no wash out, direct to blow dry which was terrible and then hair straightening which was fine. I paid and left quite dumbfounded by the whole experience. My hair looks and feels great, however I think everyone should do this business owner a favour (and save your $) and not purchase this offer as the owner / manager clearly does not want to do it. He was very concerned in the beginning I would give a bad review about the result; however after all this my hair feels great it's the whole experience in therebefore my hair was even finished that has resulted in 1 star! I've paid a total of $270 which is only about $30 than the usual place I go to, and although Myus is much more convenient I'd prefer to go elsewhere in future and pay more.
