I really loved the service, great value for money. She asked whether I prefer soft, medium, or firm massage. I said more medium as I've had massages from other places before and said soft and they were too soft. She started massaging my back and I told her that I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, she was a bit too hard on my shoulders initially and made me just about jump off the table when she hit one knot but then she lightened her touch a bit and the rest was enjoyable. That one muscle in my shoulder was sore for the 2 days after the service though. Perhaps my only recommendation would be to work on tight knots gently first (as she also got straight into the shoulders as the first point of massaged and I wasn't fully relaxed yet), then work up to a more medium touch to work them out once the muscles were warmed up :) I realise every masseuse has a slightly different idea on what soft, medium, and firm massage is. I would go again :)

Too much sales attempt. The lady tried to recommend and sale their product during the entire facial like talking non-stop

Absolutely amazing experience. I really did come out feeling like a new person...like I didn’t have a care in the world. Ali was super friendly & her warm manner made me feel so comfortable & relaxed. Her massage was incredible & I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the body scrub & facial.
