The best thing that you could ever do for your body!!! True to the name - Nourish Mind and Body. Julie and her staff are so lovely. You soon learn to relax and enjoy the experience. Have long since used my Groupon vouchers and have been doing weekly cleanses ever since! So worth the cost for the benefits! You have to try it!!!

Was a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and ensured I was feeling at ease. Amy and Julie were just great, they spoke to me throughout my entire session, as it can be a daunting experience at the start, but it was great.
