Any damage, loss, or breakage of picnic equipment, décor, or tableware during your booking period will be charged to the client at replacement cost.

Final guest numbers, names, and dates of birth must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your booking date to ensure proper arrangements.
Are there any prohibited items for the picnic setup?
For safety and compliance, open flames, candles, and confetti are not permitted unless prior approval has been explicitly given. We also kindly ask that shoes be removed when using cushions to help maintain their pristine condition.
