Purchased one for myself and two for family members of our dogs (2 of whom passed in the last year).
They are a great memory keepsake.
These are the softest cuddliest blankets and the photos on them are just perfect.
I bought the premium 150x100 sizes and am very happy with them.
They didn't arrive in time for Xmas but I just sent an email and they were very helpful and resent them no problem. They did take a while to get here but well worth the wait.Thank you again.

Order never arrived. Customer service assured me they have re produced & re sent but again - never arrived.
I ordered in time for Christmas delivery, it is now February!!

Ist order was lost in transit. Company was excellent with communications and resent the order again, this time with tracking. The quality and image on the blanket was absolutely excellent!!! So very happy with the end product, highly recomment.

The company has not shipped. Has been so long and despite trying to contact customer service there has been no response. They do not provide tracked shipments.

If I could leave a minus rating I would. Ordered for a Christmas Gift, didn't arrive. They told me it would be sent on the 5th January ..... I am still waiting.
