The postage was excessive plus an extra cost of material used for the canvas, it was not clear it was going to cost me an extra $68 on top of buying the Groupon, probably would not have purchased if I new this to be the case, also they expired my voucher before it had expired, lots of messing around and emailing customer support because there was no phone con

Photobook Australia were going through their own tribulations because of the heavy rains which flooded their facilities, but they rallied and did what they could - amazingly - in spite of the damage done to their facilities. I am delighted with not just their 'product' but their work ethic in endeavouring to deal with clients / customers in an honest and productive, encouraging way. Full marks in my book. My Photobook.

Found it really complicated to use, voucher code when entered said expired, had to email company to sort it out. Have used other photo book companies before and this one I found to difficult to use.

Final Product looks amazing!! It was easy to develop the album. It takes a bit of time and caution to make sure you are buying the same product on group that matches with the correct product name on Photobook. .

I found it hard in the beginning to just log on, Photobook, took me through it step by step. After that I sort of cotton on to what I had to do. I am nearly 70 so computers are not my thing.
