I had a great deal of trouble extracting my Voucher from this company and if it had not been for PayPal finding in my favour, I would have totally lost my money, despite writing several times to Groupon. The Photobook Shop was not at fault. Please ensure that you always get the Voucher for which you have paid.

Have not received my purchase as yet so can’t comment on it. However, the site was so confusing & info given to me by their chat line caused me to have to redo my large order 3 times. In the end, a very helpful person on their Perth number completed the last part to save me having to do it a fourth time. Horrendous experience I’m very unlikely to repeat.
