The photobookshop have a difficult website to use. You buy the voucher which doesn't include postage and all the other little add ons. Little disappointing. Pickup isn't an option even if you live close by which another disappointment!!!

This is a good photobook company to use, the program is easy to use. The delivery is fast. One problem they have with the software is that you have to put your borders on individually instead of doing the whole book at once, it takes a lot of time to put the borders on one by one.

tried in vain to redeem coupon and make a purchase but failed. Contacting the seller did not help because customer care redirected me to groupon.

Purchased 2x $40 vouchers. I had forgotten that i had purchased them and they expired. I was only alerted to this as the compnay had "redemmed" them and then wanted feed back. Company did not bother to send a reminder, just happy to take and keep my money. Would not recommend this company. Chosse one with better customer service

How to Redeem

• Redeem before: 30 Mar 2023
• Redeem online: https://www.photobookshop.com.au/index/home-decor/canvas
1. Upload a photo and then build your product from the options on screen (your Groupon deal includes the standard options offered, but you can add accessories to your order–-such as shadow box frames, hang-up sets, extra-thick stretcher frames–-for an additional fee).
2. When you’re finished, add your product to your cart, and then enter the redemption code found on your Groupon voucher in the field provided and select Redeem.
3. Select Order and add the requested shipping information. Check all details in the Summary tab and then proceed to payment and order completion.
