I ordered a photo blanket of our family. Delivery was supposed to take 10 days. It took five weeks and when it arrived the photo was not of our family drinking champagne but a random couple and child wearing three hideous Christmas jumpers. Customer service went from "we will reissue your order" when it was late arriving to "wait a bit longer" to "we will give you a discount". Save your money and stress. Do not order from here.

Absolutely ridiculous! I received my order BLANK. No photo. No nothing! Declaration in another language! Absolutely disgusted by the service!

Purchased one for myself and two for family members of our dogs (2 of whom passed in the last year). They are a great memory keepsake. These are the softest cuddliest blankets and the photos on them are just perfect. I bought the premium 150x100 sizes and am very happy with them. They didn't arrive in time for Xmas but I just sent an email and they were very helpful and resent them no problem. They did take a while to get here but well worth the wait.Thank you again.

Order never arrived. Customer service assured me they have re produced & re sent but again - never arrived. I ordered in time for Christmas delivery, it is now February!!
