We offer clinical focused Yoga and Pilates session.
One hour long sessions with a mix of yoga styles.
Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6am.
Small groups with maximum 8 people per class.
Focused on balance and gentle functional movements, our exercises are suitable for people looking for rehabilitation activities and for older population.
sessions can be redeemed for our Pilates ( mat sessions only)
All sessions are subject to availability.
No initial assessment is required but it is available for booking at extra cost.
