Hard to make appointment and pretty unorganised, however some lovely staff and my haircut was pretty good in the end. Received free head massage and treatment as compensation for having to wait quite a long time.

While I enjoyed the pedicure, the manicure was not that great. The woman who did it rushed through it and seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. Also, I didn't think it was good value.
