I really enjoyed this dining experience. The wine was lovely and then course after course of delicious and beautifully presented food. The fish was so fresh and the crispy rice was so tasty. The kaarage chicken was perfectly made. The dessert was a fun surprise! And it was a really fair price. Go!

  • Sashimi of the day - Chef selection Sashimi with Gari and Wasabi
  • Cigar of the day - Crispy brick pastry tube filled up Sashimi grade Tuna or salmon tartare underneath Malto Ash
  • Maguro Hana - (4 pieces) floral shaped tuna, spicy mayonnaise on a bed of Crispy sushi rice and micro shiso
  • Tuna Roll - Spicy Tuna Tartare and Avocado
  • Karaage chicken - Garlic soy marinated chicken with spicy yuzu mayo
  • Pork Belly - 36 hrs Sous vide pork belly with carrot pure, dashi ginger glaze, popped pork skin and cumin crumb
  • Yuki - Yuzu parfait, pistachio praline ice-cream and pine foam
