Ordered the letter from Santa to be posted to my grand daughter on the 27th November 2021.
It finally turned up Wednesday 5th January 2022.
I'm absolutely disappointed in your company.
I will not be recommending you to anyone

I placed my order early November and it was posted 12/11. I am still yet to receive anything. It was suppose to arrive 25th Nov. very disappointed. I have tried to provide feedback directly to them however have been unsuccessful.
