* Skin exposed to sunburns or (recently) tanned skin cannot be treated with HIFU. * Chemicals that irritate the skin should be avoided as this may prevent treatment. * Avoid taking antibiotics 2 weeks prior to the appointment. * Must not have a history of cold sore or fever before treatment. * All forms of make-up and moisturizers should be avoided on the day of treatment. * Advisable to wait for 2 weeks after and before any other facial treatment such as IPL, Injections, facial, Dermapen, or RF.
