*Valid hours: Monday-Friday: 9:30 am to 6 pm | Sat: 9:30 to 4 pm.
*All appointments are subject to availability.
*Timing of procedure to be agreed upon between customer and practitioner.
*Arriving late may result in shorter treatment time or loss of appointment, no refund will be offered.
*No changes or cancellations allowed within 72 hours. They will forfeit their voucher.
*Skin assessment done with clinic prior to treatment.
*Serums are to be paid in full separately directly to and range from $49-$150. Customers do not have to purchase a serum but they definitely recommend it.
*Aftercare instructions must also be followed.
