Please provide the name of the parent/carer, The trial class is only valid for new students who have never attended a Shichida class. A trial class is subject to availability. Shichida Australia has the right to reschedule a trial class.Only one guardian per child in a class is permitted. Siblings of students are not permitted to participate in a Shichida trial class.Rescheduling of trial class booking needs to be organised prior to the original booking. Select preferred location at the time of purchase.No refund for no-shows.Valid only for children between 6 months and 5 years old. All students must be booked into class prior to attending. All classes are age-appropriate and are subject to availability. No refund for any unused classes or unused vouchers once the booking has been made.The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discount and cannot be used with any other offers.
