Very informative course. A lot has changed from the last time I did First Aid / CPR. I feel confident should I find myself in a sticky situation. Plenty of parking for course participants. Good clean environment & the trainer was very knowledgable, hands on & very approachable. Hats off to the trainer most of all.

  • SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee

You will learn the barista basics including; history of coffee, identifying the different types of coffee, milk texturizing along with basic grinder adjustments which is highly regarded as your point of difference.

Barista Basics has evolved over the last 10 years. What started as a ‘learn to stretch milk, adjust the grind and make coffee’ course has now extended well beyond that into a power session that combines cutting-edge barista techniques with expert knowledge and advice.

Best First Aid Course. The instructor was very knowlegable, helpful and supportive. I felt that I had learnt a lot from this couse. I'm interested to do Hospitality with Studymix also.
