• WHAT'S THE AGE LIMIT?

  • At The Crux, we welcome climbers aged 12 and up.
  • Due to the height of our walls, smaller climbers may find the experience a bit more challenging.
  • Our age limit is in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
  • Please note that climbers under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18.
  • Waivers for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • If you're a competition or experienced youth climber seeking an exemption from our age limit, feel free to reach out to us via email.

• DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

  • We do not require bookings for First Timers or small groups, just come on in when it suits you!
  • On your first visit our staff will assist you in completing the required waiver form, run you through a quick safety induction, and answer any questions you may have.

• CAN I BRING MY DOG?

  • Absolutely! We have quite a few regular doggos who come to The Crux and we have a number of dog beds and bowls available.
  • We just require that they remain on their leash and tied to a secure spot to keep them safe and respect other climber's space.
