Cryotherapy Injury Management (3 Sessions)
A quick, easy and natural way to treat injuries and areas of inflammation. Cryotherapy has also been shown to reduce pain effectively in the post-operative period after reconstructive surgery of the joints.
Each session is 10-12 minutes. Using liquid nitrogen as a gas (-150C), our technicians map the area of concern until it reaches the desired temperature to alleviate pain and fast track healing.
We recommend scheduling the sessions consecutively, 2-3 days apart.
Sport & Injury Recovery
- Cryotherapy works to promote healing and may aid in the reduction of pain and inflammation in affected areas by improving blood flow to the area.
- If you’ve recently had surgery, cryotherapy may also be a great complementary treatment to assist your recovery.
May Reduce Arthritic Pain
- Cryotherapy may causes your body to circulate oxygen-rich blood to the area affected by arthritis, which can improve range of motion, reduce pain and reduce inflammation.
