  • Call out to the property
  • Visual inspection of smoke alarms
  • Compliance check of smoke alarms (within 10 years)
  • Test of smoke alarm with smoke spray
  • Push button test of smoke alarm
  • Visual inspection of switchboard wiring**
  • Push button test of RCDs
  • RCD trip time test on power circuits using RCD testing equipment.
  • Fault Current Loop test on power circuits.
  • Visual inspection of a number of lighting switches and fittings and assessable power points
  • All smoke alarm and RCD information emailed to client with photos
  • Dated Tested & Passed sticker added to switchboard
  • All work completed by a fully qualified and licensed electrician

A visual inspection of switchboard wiring will be completed if possible. Please note this is a visual inspection only. No rectification work is included in this deal. Any remedial work required will be quoted
