I was there 15min early. They Started 7min late and ended 9min early. So more like 50min massage, not 60min. Might not be a big deal for some, but other places clearly state 50min or 55min on their lists, which I take into considering regarding costs.
Also, I booked specific practitioner, then got someone else when I arrive. Plus ordered free Chiropractic Assessment when completing their form, which I didn't get it either.
Massage itself was good though, hit all the right spots, but yeah, everything else tainted the experience, so I won't be back.
