Save your money and buy elsewhere please! I purchased this Couple massage voucher for my partner as a birthday present and it was an awful experience for us. We walked into the door and no one was there to greet us and we waited for 5 minutes which isn't a big deal but what shocked me was the customer service here, a lady walked out from the Staff room and did not even say hi or acknowledge us...I said Hello to her and advised her that we're here for our massages and she just looked at her screen and said "Ok". At this point, my partner and I were quite put off by her attitude but we just carried on, 10 minutes later someone else showed us to the massage room and the treatment began, I remember so clearly my partner asked the massage therapist "Can you please concentrate on my back?" she didn't say too much as I assumed the language barrier but it was so frustrating as we both kept asking them "Can you please put more pressure in my back rather than rubbing oil all over our bodies?", nothing really changed after 30 minutes and we both couldn't wait to leave the room as we did not enjoy the experience and thought it was a big waste of money! I have been to so many other Thai massages for similar price if not cheaper and they were much better. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
