If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Adelaide due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, itinerary changes), we offer the following:
-A 50% refund will be provided to cover pre-booked non-refundable expenses such as hire vehicle and driver costs.
-Guests will also receive a letter from us to support a travel insurance claim.
-We encourage all cruise passengers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, as cruise line policies often do not cover independently booked shore excursions.
Alternatively, we do offer Trip Protection at $45.00 pp. Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your cruise at any time for any reason up to 30 minutes prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and a $25.00 pp processing fee. Please contact us directly if you would like to purchase trip protection.
Traveler Pickup Information
Departure is at 09:00am. If your cruise ship arrives at a time where a 09:00am departure is too early, the time will be adjusted accordingly. We aim to depart 1 hour after docking and disembarkment begins.
