Your tickets will be available for collection at the Sydney Opera House Box Office, under your booking name, one hour prior to the performance commencing. Please bring and present a photo ID bearing the same used for booking.
Printing your voucher will not be necessary.
Please arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and latecomers will not be let in until a suitable pause in the performance. While it is fun to dress up for the opera, there is no mandatory dress code; an extra layer is advised because it can get cold in the theater.
