This certificate is available for students who are eligible for government funding and is ideal for those who wish to work in hospitality or food service. The course is available through a Higher Level Skills Program for students who do not hold or not currently studying a Certificate IV or higher level qualification (this includes Certificate IV, Diploma, Graduate Certificate, Bachelor, and Masters Degrees). Students who are eligible for concession are defined as follows:

  • The participant holds a health care concession card or pensioner concession card or is the partner or dependent of a person who holds one of these cards
  • The participant can provide an official form confirming that they or their partner are entitled to the concessions
  • The participant is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • The participant has a disability
  • The participant is an adult prisoner

This course is available through Higher Level Skills Program for QLD only (Must be a permanent QLD Resident)
• Entry requirements to be deemed eligible for Higher Level Skills Program:
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- Must have finished high school or left high school before graduating
- Must not hold or be currently studying a Certificate IV or higher level qualification (this includes Certificate IV, Diploma, Graduate Certificate, Bachelor/Masters Degree)
• Concessional participants are defined as follows (evidence required):

How to Redeem

Must enrol by: 90 days from purchase
• Course to be completed within 12 months of commencing training

• State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking
• You will receive an email request to complete an enrolment form. Once returned, you will be provided access to the online program
