Hi I just wanted to let you no that I recieved my Bobblehead on Monday it was incredibly quick,
I gave it to my partner today for his birthday and he was absolutely astounded he said it was the nicest gift anyone has ever given him,
He said that no one has given him something so personal it made me cry,

The systems are inefficient - you don’t get notification emails at each stage even though they say you do. I needed to email them and while they were responsive they didn’t fix the issue. The final proof is okay but not great, but I just want it over with. I’ve been waiting months.

The bobble head is personalized but doesn’t look like me at all. They asked me to check after the 3 photos are sent but the mould is dark grey clay and no colour which makes it very hard to check the similarities hard to be sure it’s a good likeness or not, sadly if you want to change it it’s an added cost. I have just purchased it and won’t put it in display as I wanted to have it on my desk at work.

Check out local companies before buying from where I originally thought was USA but today over 5 weeks since I placed my order the tracking came through from China.
The proofs look nothing like the photo I sent but the threat of having to pay so much extra to change them made me just accept yet another DUD purchase. When will I ever learn.
However Groupon once again I really would appreciate telling prospective customers where purchases come from.
