How do I manage my Ancestry family tree?
Select the ‘Trees’ tab from anywhere on the website. Here, you can select the family tree you want to manage, and go to ‘Tree settings’. Here, you can view and change information, and adjust your privacy settings, too.
How do I cancel my Ancestry subscription?
If you want to end your Ancestry subscription, cancel the subscription through iTunes; or by heading to your account and selecting ‘cancel subscription’ in your account options.
How do I view my Ancestry DNA results?
To check the status of your DNA results, you will need to sign in to your Ancestry account and select the ‘DNA’ tab. Just have a look at the status bar - you’ll see your results here when they are ready.
