AVOID. I purchased a “Diamond Facial” from this salon expecting the luxury exfoliating treatment that’s standard in the industry. Instead, I was given a couple of random laser zaps and left under a blue light for 40 minutes while the therapist spent the entire time on the phone with Energy Australia. There was no exfoliation, no cleansing, no diamond-tipped microdermabrasion—nothing that even remotely resembles a facial. What they’re advertising as a “Diamond Facial” is actually just laser and blue light therapy, which is a completely different service. This is misleading and deceptive advertising. I left feeling ignored, ripped off, and completely dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a real facial, save your money and go elsewhere.

It is clearly explain in our website. You had consultation, why you were not honest and did not tell us. You you would like ex foliation and deep cleansing facial. We recommend you. You had laser treatment for acne and blue light therapy. You atac us in public by reduce our rating. It was nice, if you told us what was your expectation.
