Ida gave me an excellent facial, the lifting face massage was particularly good. Relaxing and with good results. I also recommend the sound healing. It is different from other sound healing experiences I have done. Something like a tuning bell is placed at each chakra point and Ida plays the bells. It's very relaxing and a worthwhile experience.
