• New customers only
• $30 surcharge applies for Saturday appointments
• Not valid for evening appointments
• Valid for one tattoo procedure
• Clients must be 16 years or older to undergo procedure
• Parental consent required if client is aged between 16 and 18
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant
• Not suitable for those on Roaccutane for the last 6 months
• Not suitable if dermatitis, infection, keloid scars or abnormal wound healing is in the area to be treated
• Reactions to the pigment or anaesthetics are extremely rare; patch test available on request
• May require touch up visit depending on individual’s response to pigment
• Touch up in 4-6 weeks will cost $249 if needed
• After care cream can be purchased for $30
• Numbing cream can be purchased separately from Pharmacy Elma and applied one-hour prior to the appointment, or by the cosmetic tattooist in the salon for a $30 surcharge
• Infections and scarring are rare but possible if post-care instructions are not adhered to
