Kids area closed and foam pit closed. No cafe staff until 10:30ish. We were the only ones there, so kids did enjoy jumping all over the place.

Staff were friendly but I was not happy about forking out extra to have to buy grip socks even though we had some as they weren’t “flip out” ones One of the play sections was blocked off with tape and according to other guests had been like that for a while. Knowing this I feel like the centre could have done more to make it inaccessible by little kids who were tempted to crawl under tape or step over it. Cade was not working during lunchtime / weekday. Apart from that, kids enjoyed their play.

Hey Aneta, Hope you're well! We do apologies that you're not happy with the Flip Out Grip Socks. Due to Australian Law all participants using the equipment are required to have adequate grip socks on, as we are unable to guarantee the quality and safety of other Flip Out Socks, Flip Out and its insurance has limited it to Flip Out Grip Socks to ensure the safety of anyone using our equipment. We do also have this information available in the Groupon description and on the booking section of our website. Our foam pit was currently under renovations to be converted into our new Junior Airbag which is currently open, we do apologies that barricades where up during your visit, it had been closed off whilst the new equipment was delivered We are unsure what is referred to by Cade?
