Dog We spent three nights at the Abode Belconnen with our puppy and it was perfect! The rooms are lovely and clean. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a Woolies opposite reception. We have travelled Australia quite extensively with our previous dog and this accommodation is a definite stand out. We will be back for sure. Thanks

Great place in convenient location Well appointed and modern hotel with pleasantly surprised spacious room despite having booked a studio room. Air conditioner was easy to navigate and most quiet. The room had its own kitchenette and clothes washer with a Metro, Woolworth, across the road where you can buy all your meal and drink needs. Fantastic location with many restaurants in walking distance. Great in-house Cafe area with great coffee. Nothing was too hard for the staff. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

A good place to stay. After reading various reviews about this hotel it was with some trepidation that we booked. We couldn’t find anything that met with the bad reviews. From the time we entered the building (yes, it was a bit hard to find), until the time we left (4 days later), we found it both hospitable and very clean. We even met a doggo in the lift and it was looking like it was having a good time too. Will not worry about going back again. The only minor thing was that, on check out, the receptionist continued chatting to someone in the phone, rather than giving undivided attention as the previous people at the front desk did. Couldn’t fault the hotel.

Good rooms, good location. Fantastic value. This place is great. It's clean. The rooms are massive. Nice staff, no fuss or BS. Really cool area, woolies and restaurants downstairs. Surprisingly cheaper for such a nice place. About as nice as Midnight in Braddon, but cheaper. Great value. Will stay again. Thanks

A disappointment We were disappointed with our accommodation. On entering our room, the room was freezing, not sure why the aircon was so high. Our bedroom had a glass sliding door with a LARGE black handle. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night one had to be VERY careful not to graze your arm. On entering the ensuite the floor was uneven, so we placed a bath mat there to prevent us from stubbing our toes. There was only one armchair. Sunday night tariff was just over $500!! whereas midweek was reasonable. There is NO free parking. Staff were pleasant BUT we would not stay there again.
