The consultant was so rude and didn't want to redeem my voucher, she looked like she didn't even want to do her job. I felt so judged the whole time. She wanted to sell me skincare and when I said no her whole attitude changed. I waited half an hour for the injector the call the doctor. Took so much of my time. I'm really disappointed I don't recommend this place at all.
