• 4 or more sessions are generally recommended for best results
• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Failure to show up for booking makes the voucher void for future use.
• Those with sensitive skin may wish to consider their suitability before purchase
• Late arrivals will shorten appointment time
• Numbing cream is not inclusive in this treatment. if needed, customers must arrive 30 mins before the treatment and there will be $20 extra charge
• For all Saturday appointments, there will be a $30 surcharge payable on the day
