After weeks of waiting for weeks for the 4 jade rollers. Upon receiving them, The first one I opened was faulty ie. one of rollers came off as soon as I open the sealed bag and the rollers are not of any type of jade material. I spent 2 days looking for Groupon Contacts to no prevail. I called the 1300962032 to find out the number was disconnected. I am disappointed! Can someone at Groupon please reach out and help. Thanks

I have ordered the product and I undestand that got delayed on the delivery because of COVID.
HOWEVER, I received the product and out of 4 items, 2 were broken, simply could not use them! I sent pictures to the Groupon Customer Service who offered me 2 unsuitable choices, when I contacted the GROUPON Customer service again, I was rushed to make a decision and they simply closed the chat on me. With absolutely no outcome on my issue!
Very unhappy with my product and specially with Groupon Customer Service!
