Both of the team I dealt with were lovely. Very friendly and professional.
My car was serviced in a timely manner.
However, due to it needing a lot more 'work' done it ended up being very costly.
I understand this is most likely something out of their control, but it felt like the groupon was just to get me in the door and I didn't get anything for my money.

My car ended up needing to get a lot of work done. Engine oil was upgraded by default apparently due to my car oil not compatible with oil that comes with service (car is a standard mazda so doesnt make sense to me) very pushy staff trying to get you to pay more. Basic $69 service ended up being nearly $2k! The groupon was just a way to get me in, never coming here again.

I had my car serviced on 17/07/2025. Very unprofessional team at mill park branch. Booked and payed for a loan car as well a week ahead of my booking. The owner did not want to give a loan car, eventually after 30 minutes of arguments he gave me one. Serviced the car and only came to know that my headlights are not working after the service, both sides. The owner did not want to fix it and had to pay for the lights.
Never coming back to this joint, they are just here to rip off people. Wish i could give rating in negative
Do not recommend anyone coming here.
