It’s got all the equipment necessary for working out, it’s not crowded so there’s no problem getting onto a machine....suitable for all ages (I’m 69yrs old) and it’s so reasonably priced. I’ve been to all the Gyms in the south and this is the best priced one ever! The staff are great also.
