Boroughs of New York Pizza has two Brisbane locations in Fortitude Valley and Carindale. It was started by two New Yorkers who found themselves missing the flavours of home upon their relocation Down Under. They set out to create the perfect pizza with the 'holy trinity' of dough, pizza sauce, and cheese exactly on point. With flour sourced from a 19th-century Italian flour mill, tomatoes imported from Italy's volcanic regions, and fior di latte mozzarella, guests are invited to taste the mouth-watering results for themselves in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
