Kery did a wonderful job with my nails and did her work with great care and attention. However I was confused and a little put off by the lack of transparency around the service and cost. Their website asks for a deposit for the Groupon purchase, even though I've already purchased the service via Groupon... I ended up texting them to make the booking instead, and was then told it would be extra for extensions. That's fair enough, but I would have appreciated the transparency upfront via the Groupon page. It was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally, so how was I to know this. Other than the above, it was a great experience and Kery was very professional.

Very poor experience! When I went to book the treatment was advised by Reborn it would need to pay a deposit of $50 to make the booking. I was charged $75 and then had to follow up with Reborn to obtain the refund over a week after the treatment was completed. I purchased a two treatment voucher, Reborn marked as redeemed after the first treatment. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this voucher

The clinic can be good with manicures but I wouldn't trust them with any other procedure. I had 2 eyebrow tattoo removals in Think again laser clinic and it was soooo much better than here. My eyebrows went from dark to orange and to yellow (usual) and this was supposed to be just the last treatment to remove it forever. I saw a promotion on groupon and went for it and now I regret it. They were not able to treat my eyebrow tattoo but instead of admitting it and refunding me, they decided to proceed and just burnt my skin and eyebrows. Ink stayed untouched (well, it may be less visible if I am left with scarves). I reached out to them first but they were not helpful and when I asked for a refund they sis not reply.
