There was no panoramic view at Alexandra lookout. This is an important part of the trip mentioned in the voucher description that was not offered. There was no pick up from my location. I was told they would pick me up only if I was at the CBD. Yet, the bus picked up people very close from the location where I was. Communication was the worst. They asked me to meet their driver about 2km where my accommodation was, they would not bother driving so I walked 33 min to get there and could not find the specific address mentioned in their email. The driver and I end up meeting at another address by chance. He said he was confused too. At Cape Tribulation, the stop time was 20 minutes!!! At restaurant, the stop was over an hour and ice cream place over 30 min. Not worthy at all!
